Bantech Water Private Limited, situated at Industrial Focal Point, Chanalon, SAS Nagar, Mohali strongly emphasizes quality throughout the organization and all levels of ZLD Operations, our Documentation, and the working system. The Company has evolved from the Treatment of Electroplating, HCL Pickling & Sulphuric pickling to a more sophisticated, technically strong common effluent treatment company. The Mohali Industries Association (MIA) and the Punjab Pollution Control Board (PPCB) are all set to install a common effluent treatment plant at the focal point in Chanalon in Kurali for the metal surface finishing industry of Mohali and its nearby districts. The MIA (Mohali Industries Association) & Punjab Pollution Control Board have granted permission for the operation & treatment of Electroplating, HCL Pickling & Sulphuric pickling with Bantech Water Private Limited. We have an agreement with approximately 250 Electroplating and galvanizing units from Mohali, Rupnagar, and Patiala districts. The plant is based on full ZLD with a capacity of 300 KLD and is followed by ETP, MEE, RO & Boiler plants. CETP not only helps industries in easier control of pollution but acts as a step towards a cleaner environment and service to society at large. Being an ‘Environment Conscious & Responsible’ company, the management intends to recycle & reuse the maximum amount of treated water in the process itself by installing the State-of-the- art ETP followed by UF/RO & Multi Effect Evaporator. The main objective is to attain the Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD).
